Oregon Health & Science University seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead the Supply Management team within SC&L, ensuring critical medical supplies and PeriOp inventories are properly managed. You will direct budgets, oversee daily tasks, and coordinate with warehouses and distributors to support patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and compliance with shipping regulations, with a focus on cost containment and customer service excellence.

Formación

• Two years of Supply Chain supervision or management experience; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Dangerous Goods/Hazmat Certification is required.
• Forklift Certification is required.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work within an established budget and assist in budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews employees' work and schedules.
• Monitors budgets, requisitions, and cost-saving opportunities; manages invoices.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely availability of supplies for patient care.
• Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new staff; supervise cross-functional coordination.
