Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an executive-level Director of Global Supply Chain – PCBA Supply Planning to lead material planning, allocation strategies, and S&OP for our core PCBA business. You will manage global allocation for high-demand components and direct a skilled team of supply planners and material managers to ensure unconstrained factory builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in electronics hardware supply planning or material management.
• 5+ years leading high-scale planning teams.
• Deep knowledge of PCBA material lifecycles and BOM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand translation and supply readiness across global PCBA operations.
• S&OP optimization translating 12–18 month forecasts into roadmaps.
• Model capacity constraints and identify bottlenecks before impact.
• Own CTB framework and real-time parts readiness visibility.
• Mitigate shortages with quick workarounds and reallocation.
• Establish inventory buffer targets with key foundries.
• Oversee E&O health and aging material risk management.
• Handover from NPI to mass production material pipelines.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and silicon vendors on lead times and yields.
