Job summary

Kerry is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to serve as the key operations link across the site, coordinating warehouse, materials, and planning teams in North America. The role focuses on optimizing assets, inventory, and costs while delivering best-in-class service and cash flow results.

You will develop data-driven processes, lead a high-performing supply organization, and drive S&OP, network planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic growth across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain with increasing levels of responsibility in manufacturing environments in North America.
• Experience in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize service, cash conversion and profitability for their site.
• Lead the supply network strategy for growth, costs and market changes.
• Drive S&OP and Control Tower processes for the EUM and ensure OTIF and inventory goals.
• Develop and coach site SCMs in planning, inventory and CT best practices.
