Job summary

Kerry is hiring a Supply Chain Manager at the Owen, WI site to lead planning, scheduling, inventory, and supplier coordination. You will partner with operations, quality, finance, and commercial teams to ensure reliable supply and optimal service levels.

The role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing environment, experience with SAP, and a data-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Economics, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least two years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• Experience in food/beverage ingredients or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant supply chain strategy aligned with site plans, customer requirements, and business objectives.
• Lead plant planning and S&OP processes translating demand into production, materials, labor, and inventory plans.
• Own master production scheduling and finite-capacity planning balancing service, capability, changeovers, maintenance, and material availability.
