Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Direct Hire, permanent placement with a manufacturing client near Louisville, KY. This role leads a complex, multi-site supply chain, guiding purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.

You will strengthen analytics, accountability, and execution while developing dashboards for executive visibility and orchestrating continuous improvement across locations. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership in supply chain/purchasing.
• ERP/MRP systems, dashboards, analytics used to guide decisions.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume, customized manufacturing environments.
• Experience with formal S&OP and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, inventory control, scheduling, logistics, and warehouse operations across multiple facilities.
• Convert approved demand plans into actionable purchasing, inventory, material, and production schedules.
• Establish supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards supporting executive visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Travel ~20% to facilities, suppliers, and partners.
