Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs in Bentonville, AR seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy across procurement, planning, supplier quality, and logistics for multiple plant sites. You will drive cost improvements, implement standard processes, and report to the corporate office with broad cross-functional impact.

You will build and mentor a multi-site team, partner with operations on production plans, and lead strategic programs including S&OP and new program launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or category management experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing; metal fabrication or off-highway/automotive components preferred.
• Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and driving cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to growth, cost, and quality across sites.
• Own metrics like on-time delivery, inventory turns, lead time, and total supply chain cost.
• Lead multi-site teams of procurement, category management, and planning professionals.
• Partner with Operations to align supply plans with production schedules and capacity.
• Standardize supply chain processes, systems, and reporting across sites.
• Represent supply chain in S&OP and new program launch reviews.
• Direct sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for direct/indirect spend; govern procurement processes.
• Lead supplier selection, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build category strategies, perform should-cost modeling, and drive value engineering.
• Manage risk, single-source exposure, and tariff considerations; lead make-vs-buy analyses.
• Ensure materials planning supports on-time production while minimizing working capital.
