Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain/Materials Manager to lead end-to-end materials flow, oversee a team of 4-8, and drive inventory accuracy, procurement, and logistics. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management including purchasing, planning, inventory control, and warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Strong negotiation and cost-reduction track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization across sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics.
• Oversee material availability, inventory accuracy, and alignment with production schedules.
• Drive make-buy decisions, supplier qualifications, and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Reduce supply risk by eliminating single points of failure and monitoring supplier performance.
• Develop master production schedule to meet customer commitments while optimizing costs.
• Ensure master schedule alignment with customer contracts and business goals.
