Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain/Materials Manager for an onsite role in Claremont, NH. You will lead sourcing, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics to support business growth and continuous improvement. Relocation assistance and a favorable travel allowance are provided.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain and a BA/BS in a related field, with strong negotiation and ERP (SAP) experience. Join a team of 4–8, with a 9/80 schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management including purchasing, planning, inventory control, and warehouse/logistics.
• Strong negotiation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with risk mitigation and optimization; supplier and people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization across sourcing, purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supplier development.
• Oversee materials planning, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure material availability and efficient flow.
• Develop master production schedule aligned with customer commitments and production capacity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, control, variances, and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost and lead times.
