Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a strategic leader for the Supply Chain at their Trenton, Georgia plant. The role requires overseeing production planning, purchasing, and materials management to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a robust background in Supply Chain management, lean manufacturing, and possess strong leadership skills.

The ideal applicant will have at least 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity, as well as a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred. Attractive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain with 2+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and lean materials management.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply organization and initiatives at the plant level to drive efficiencies.
• Manage production planning process and purchasing for on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Drive execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
• Lead site linkage to the Enterprise Supply Chain for escalations and contracts.
• Collaborate with team to resolve supply chain gaps impacting customer demands.
