Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain experience spanning planning, scheduling, inventory, warehousing, procurement/sourcing, and logistics.
• Advanced experience with production planning and scheduling, including master production scheduling, capacity planning, and line balancing.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and warehouse management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, scheduling, warehousing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and material flow.
• Develop and execute strategic production planning processes aligned with demand and business priorities.
• Develop and manage master production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory.
• Lead capacity planning, constraint-based scheduling, and line balancing to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Analyze demand forecasts and production requirements to identify capacity constraints and risks.
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to manage production planning and supply chain execution.
• Oversee warehouse operations focusing on safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and lead times.
• Implement and improve inventory control strategies including cycle counting and stock optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and operational excellence methodologies.
