Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in material planning, supply chain management, or related operational roles.
• At least 3 years in management or leadership roles with success leading teams.
• Deep expertise in MRP systems and inventory optimization.
• Experience balancing inventory investment with service levels and efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience in strategic supplier relationships and sourcing negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through shortages and disruptions.
• Proven track record in KPI development and tracking with financial impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; mentoring capability.
