Job summary

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Senior Technical Point of Contact to lead the implementation of multiple supply chain software packages. You will provide senior level design for client-specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoot issues, and maintain the project issues list with prioritized items.

You will coordinate testing, training, and configurations, and collaborate with the customer project team to implement interfaces between Manhattan products and external systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL).
• 3 years of experience deploying software.
• 3 years of consulting experience in transportation field.

Responsibilities

• Senior technical point of contact throughout the implementation of multiple supply chain solutions software packages.
• Provide senior level design for client specific enhancements and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation.
• Update and maintain the project issues list with prioritized items.
• Test and implement interfaces between Manhattan products or external systems.
• Work directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation.
