Job summary

Open Sky Group, a leading supply chain technology firm, seeks a Supply Chain Consultant (Remote, US) to join the implementation team. You will design and implement solutions using Manhattan Active WMS to improve clients' operations and logistics performance.

This role emphasizes client collaboration, process re-engineering, and IT-enabled change across diverse industries. You will interview clients, produce functional designs, guide deployments, train users, and support post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years’ experience in Manhattan Active and Supply Chain Implementation consulting.
• 4 years’ experience in Manhattan Active concepts and configuration.
• Experience with other WMS software (Blue Yonder, HighJump, RedPrairie, JDA, Infios/Körber Warehouse Advantage, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews via phone or onsite.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business and recommend improvements.
• Share best practices and provide guidance throughout the project.
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements.
• Guide client through system implementation and identify problems, opportunities, and risks.
• Train clients after the implementation.
• Complete client documentation and final checklist.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scope to successful completion.
• Communicate status with internal and external clients.
• Participate and/or lead project meetings.
• Provide post-implementation support.
• Transfer knowledge to the client's team on operation of modified software.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and meetings.
• Contribute to industry and marketing activities.
