Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly analytical Procurement Finance Manager to serve as the key finance partner to the Procurement organization in a fast-paced CPG environment. The role focuses on cost management, forecasting, and productivity initiatives to improve gross margin.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and FP&A to drive savings and strategic decisions. The position involves financial modeling, tracking PPV and P&L impact, and developing dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Procurement Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, or related role.
• CPG or consumer products experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), commodities, tariffs, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance partner to Procurement, providing financial guidance and decision support for sourcing and supplier decisions.
• Analyze key COGS drivers, including raw materials, ingredients, packaging, freight, commodities, tariffs, and supplier pricing.
• Support supplier negotiations, sourcing initiatives, RFPs, and contract renewals through financial modeling and analysis.
• Own the financial validation and tracking of Procurement savings, cost avoidance, inflation, and productivity initiatives.
• Reconcile Procurement savings to actual and forecasted P&L impact and identify potential savings leakage.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for spend, savings, inflation, PPV, COGS, and gross margin.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership.
