Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is hiring a Procurement Finance Manager to be the Finance partner to the Procurement organization in a fast-paced CPG setting. The role supports strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost management, forecasting, and productivity projects.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and FP&A to understand COGS drivers, identify risks, and improve gross margin performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Procurement Finance, or related roles in CPG.
• Strong understanding of PPV, tariffs, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with raw materials, packaging, and supplier cost analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance partner to Procurement, guiding sourcing decisions and financial planning.
