Accenture is seeking a supply chain and operations leader in California to drive design and implementation of performance improvements across distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. You will lead multiple client engagements, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and translate findings into actionable business cases and roadmaps.

You will mentor cross‑functional teams, support business development, and travel up to 75% to deliver measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Management or significant equivalent experience.
5-10 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or operational improvement.
Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.
Strong interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Travel 60-80% of the time depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of operations improvement programs across distribution, warehousing, and logistics.
Serve as a subject matter expert in labor standards, time studies, and productivity improvement.
Translate findings into clear recommendations and executive‑level presentations.
Manage project scope, risks, and client expectations across complex environments.
