Job summary

Accenture is seeking a supply chain and engineering leader to drive operations improvement across distribution, warehousing, and logistics. You will guide teams, manage client engagements, and translate findings into actionable roadmaps for senior leadership.

You will work with WMS/LMS/ERP ecosystems, influence change management, and travel up to 75% to support multiple sites. A BS in Engineering or Business Management and 5–10 years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, industrial engineering, consulting, or operational improvement.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of operations improvement across distribution, fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Serve as SME in engineered labor standards, work measurement, time studies, and labor planning.
• Analyze processes across inbound/outbound/inventory, transportation, and support functions to identify improvements.
• Partner with clients to evaluate processes, data, and tech ecosystems (WMS, LMS, ERP).
• Lead client engagements, manage scope, risks, and staffing across complex environments.
• Develop cross-functional teams and support business development and knowledge sharing.
