• Strong analytical, presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements and site implementations with quality and budget in mind.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders from frontline to executives.
• Translate operational findings into clear recommendations, business cases, and prioritized plans.
• Develop change management, training, and stabilization plans to drive adoption.
