Job summary

dsm-firmenich seeks an Expert/Senior Expert in Supply Chain Engineering to lead end-to-end optimization across physical and digital supply chains in Princeton, NJ or Germantown, WI. You will analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive measurable business value through AI/ML and Lean initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years experience in process improvement with strong analytics, automation skills, and a background in SCM or AI/DS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years total work experience with 2-3 years in process improvement roles.
• Proficiency using the latest digital tooling for analytics, automation, AI/ML.
• Lean methods knowledge (Waste ID, RCA, FMEA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in SCM or related field; AI/ML/Data Science background.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation projects with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to implement improvements.
• Contribute to digital supply chain roadmap via automation, analytics, AI/ML.
• Strengthen Lean Six Sigma and project management capabilities across the org.
