Qualifications

• 15+ years in end-to-end supply chain leadership roles.
• 5+ years in CoE or transformation roles in North America.
• Experience in pharma or life sciences in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of supply chain capabilities.
• Align North America CoE roadmap with global strategies.
• Drive transformation through digital enablement and process innovation.

Skills

Experience deploying enterprise-wide systems (SAP IBP, APS, ERP, analytics platforms)

Strong knowledge of ASCM SCOR framework

Proven success in capability building

Ability to work in multicultural environments

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering

Master’s preferred
