Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Engineer for Liquids Systems in Colorado to own supplier performance for Hadley and Draper engine platforms. You will lead supplier development, improve hardware quality, cost, delivery, and capacity, and act as the technical liaison with critical suppliers on the factory floor and at supplier sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier-facing roles in high product complexity environments such as Space, Aerospace, Defense, or Medical.
• Strong time management and attention to detail for technical documentation and multiple supplier interfaces.
• Experience reading engineering models and drawings with GD&T.
• Proficient in dimensional inspection and metrology.
• Familiarity with quality documentation, discrepancy reporting, and deviation/waiver processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware quality, cost, delivery, and capacity improvements across the supply base.
• Collaborate with design, materials and manufacturing engineering to ensure supplier parts meet requirements.
• Lead supplier onboarding and audits; own assigned suppliers and act as main contact for supply chain issues.
