Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst for the Orthopaedics Supply Chain Deliver Team in Bridgewater, MA. The Senior Analyst will serve as a SME supporting the Bridgewater Value Added Service Center and the Mooresville Distribution Center, driving optimized end-to-end processes across Commercial and Supply Chain partners.

This on-site role focuses on delivering improved performance through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant supply chain experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Planning, Order Fulfillment, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Project Management.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to assess root cause/trending and scenario planning.
• Proven experience leading against performance targets and timelines to deliver business results.
• Experience in MS Excel & Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Deliver to support regional initiatives and drive business performance.
• Mine and analyze data across multiple sources to conduct root cause/trending analysis and implement solutions.
• Drive and improve Deliver setup and execution processes for New Product Introductions and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, and Deliver groups to support Customer Experience initiatives.
• Partner with global counterparts to align NA priorities.
• Lead advanced projects to drive departmental supply chain efficiency and serve as Deliver SME.
• Present data for management decisions; create executive summaries; use BI tools to improve processes.
