Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA seeks a Principle Supply Chain Business Operations/Compliance Specialist Level 3 or 4 to join the GSC Compliance Team. This in-house role supports procurement, audits, and compliance across US government and commercial programs, with up to 10% travel.

The successful candidate will manage audits, review procedures, mentor staff, and stay current with FAR/DFAR, terms and conditions, and program addenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in procurement/subcontracts or related areas.
• Experience in audit (internal or external) reviews.
• Knowledge of terms and conditions and program contract flow-downs (FAR/DFAR).

Responsibilities

• Audit procurement packages and support sector customer audits.
• Review procedures for accuracy and provide compliance guidance.
• Mentor procurement staff and stay current with FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Interface with Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and Program Management.
• Develop in-house programs to identify developmental needs and ensure compliance.
