Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principle Supply Chain Business Operations/Compliance specialist (Level 3/4) to join the GSC Compliance Team. The role covers governance, regulatory compliance, and supplier management across US and international programs.

The candidate should bring extensive procurement/subcontracts experience, familiarity with FAR/DFAR provisions, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience (Level 3) or Master’s with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
• Level 4 requires 8 years with bachelor’s, 6 years with master’s, or 4 years with PhD.
• Experience in procurement, subcontracts, audits or organization effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Audit procurement packages and support sector customer audits.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to procurement teams.
• Mentor procurement staff in compliance matters and stay current with FAR/DFAR regs.
• Interface with Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and Program Management.
