Qualifications

• For Level 3: 5 years with Bachelor’s, 3 years with Master’s or PhD +1 year.

Responsibilities

• Sources and procures goods and services from suppliers.
• Initiates RFQs/RFPs and analyzes proposed pricing.
• Evaluates supplier quality and delivery reliability.
• Works with internal customers to align specifications.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and negotiates.
• Issues and manages purchase orders.
• Ensures compliance with public law and company policies.
• Uses Lean Six Sigma with suppliers to drive improvements.
