Job summary

Amazon’s North America (NA) Supply Chain team is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Houston to ideate, implement, and create innovative supply chain products and solutions that optimize the flow of packages across the NA Stores network.

You will design, evaluate, and implement the US storage and distribution network, own incubation and execution of new concepts, and drive improvements for a cost-efficient, high-service fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Build mechanisms and metrics to continuously evaluate and improve inbound and outbound connectivity of the storage and distribution network.
• Partner with Product Manager, Research Scientist, Operations, and Finance to evaluate different connectivity strategies.
• Identify process gaps through data analysis and implement operational improvements (e.g., automation, self-service).
• Conduct independent research to identify supply chain inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and influence partner teams to execute.
• Perform data analyses to drive network decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership.
