Amazon’s North America (NA) Supply Chain team seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to ideate, implement, and create innovative supply chain products that streamline the package flow across the network. This role designs, evaluates, and implements the US storage and distribution network, owning incubation and execution of new concepts to improve customer experience cost-effectively.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Build mechanisms and metrics to continually evaluate connectivity of the storage and distribution network.
Partner with Product Manager, Research Scientist, Operations, and Finance to evaluate strategies.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements (e.g., automation, self-service).
Conduct independent research to identify supply chain inefficiencies and influence partner teams.
