Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field (CS/IS/Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience in the required domain.
• At least 2 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise solutions (custom app development, data integration, governance).

Responsibilities

• 35% - Escalated operational support: resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, ensure system stability.
• 35% - Improvements: solution development: design and implement customer-focused solutions to boost store productivity.
• 20% - Improvements: solution architecture: evaluate options and define standards aligned with strategy.
• 5% - Improvements: solution quality & governance: monitor governance and ensure best practices.
• 5% - Service levels: stakeholder relationship & vendor management: engage with business and vendors to align capabilities.
