Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) to help run store accounting, operations and tire and wheel sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet customers, discuss needs, provide quotes, and refer questions to qualified staff; assist with credit program administration, inventory, and merchandise pickup; and support day-to-day store processes.

On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss needs related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assist with the administration of Les Schwab credit program.
• Assist with store inventory and merchandise pickup as required.
