Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Administration associate to support store accounting, assist tire and wheel sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves greeting customers, quoting products, assisting with inventory and credit programs, and collaborating with teammates to drive store results. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and walk continuously.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss their needs.
• Provide product/service quotes and refer to other staff as needed.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assist with store inventory and credit program administration.
• Promote store sales and excellent customer service.
• Help with merchandise pickup and stocking as required.
• Refer customers to qualified employees when appropriate.
