Philips is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to plan and execute productivity improvements across the end-to-end value chain, with a focus on ISC functions. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize processes, and support sustainable improvements using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

This onsite role requires 4+ years in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain, and a Bachelor's degree. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with Vocational Education.
• Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
