Dorman Products seeks a Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics across Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain analytics or reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP ECC/APO and data modeling.
• Experience with automation and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics for Supply Chain.
• Build and govern Power BI semantic models and standardized metrics.
• Develop data transformations with Power Query (M) and DAX for reliable metrics.
• Model data from SAP ECC/APO and OneLake/Microsoft Fabric into analytics datasets.
• Lead automation to streamline reporting using Power Automate.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities for leadership.
• Develop and report KPIs across procurement, planning, distribution, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics.
• Contribute to migration toward Power BI enterprise reporting and standards.
• Stay current on best practices in supply chain analytics.
