Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to deliver IBP/SIOP insights, inventory analysis, and cross-functional support. You will prepare monthly IBP packages, monitor inventory drivers, and help align demand, supply, and operations for better planning accuracy.

The role emphasizes Excel-based modeling, PowerBI dashboards, and clear communication with Finance and Commercial teams. Hybrid work with three days on-site in Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain analytics, inventory analysis or IBP/SIOP support roles.
• Strong Excel and analytical modeling capabilities.
• Experience with PowerBI and reporting tools.
• Clear and professional communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly IBP reporting packages and supply review materials (inventory outlooks, supply plans, capacity updates, KPIs).
• Consolidate input from Demand, Supply, Operations, and Sourcing to support cross-functional IBP alignment.
• Support scenario modeling, variance analysis, and executive package preparation.
