Job summary

Integrated Business Planning Associates (IBP2) is seeking an Associate – Planning Services to deliver demand or supply planning outcomes for clients. You will manage planning models, analyze data, document assumptions, and help enhance planning systems and tools while collaborating with clients and other consultants.

IBP2 emphasizes a Client-First, Team-Centered culture and seeks planners who can balance inventory, service levels, and production sequencing in fast-paced engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in supply planning roles, preferably within an S&OP structure.
• 2+ years using industry standard APS tools like SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Oracle, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication with outside stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of process, data, tools, and technology.
• Proven presentation capabilities in both content and delivery.
• 1+ years of Demand Planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning inputs and generate analysis to balance inventory and service levels.
• Establish and refine supply policies, master production schedules, purchase requisitions, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with plant teams to set schedules and production sequencing for attainment and adherence.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and sessions to document insights that drive improvements.
• Analyze end-to-end planning processes spanning demand and supply planning within the client organization.
