Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, CO is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to strengthen supplier oversight, governance, and performance. You will lead complex supplier qualification, ASL governance, due diligence, and regulatory compliance while driving scalable processes across sourcing, quality, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related supplier management experience.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DFARS is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and ERP data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the enterprise Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supporting records.
• Develop standardized supplier onboarding, qualification, approval, and requalification processes.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Compliance to evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Conduct supplier assessments, site visits, and due diligence to evaluate capabilities and readiness.
• Review supplier certifications, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Track supplier risks, corrective actions, and resolution activities with stakeholders.
• Support Grow, Sustain, and Exit framework in supplier management.
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare supplier scorecards and dashboards for reviews.
• Analyze procurement, inventory, and operations data to identify gaps.
• Design scalable governance workflows and data validation controls.
• Collaborate with ERP and cross-functional teams to improve data and processes.
