Job summary

Edward Elmhurst Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to provide data and analytics across procurement, category management, operations, and logistics, focusing on Workday ERP data extraction and reporting.

You will build dashboards, conduct cost analysis, support month-end close, and drive process improvements with advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and ServiceNow. A bachelor's degree and 5 years' healthcare supply chain experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred in business, supply chain or quantitative field.
5 years of experience in healthcare, supply chain, or related field.
Experience with Workday ERP Supply Chain module, Workday Reporting, Excel and PowerQuery; ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled and on-demand reports and dashboards to drive cost savings and KPI tracking.
Assist recipients with data interpretation and trend analysis.
Manage item master data from creation to inactivation; maintain pricing attributes.
Promote ERP data integrity via audits and cleansing projects.
Support automated data loads via Workday mass maintenance tasks and EIBs.
Support month-end close and respond to ServiceNow tickets with education for users.
Create SOPs and assist with testing new functionality and software implementations.
Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and triage escalation when needed.
