Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis of information and data under limited supervision.
• Develops recommendations for review by lead/management.
• Tracks and measures benefits of implemented solutions for complex issues.
• Acts as a subject matter expert with full understanding of the area.
• Performs gap and cost-benefit analyses where indicated.
• Communicates risks to leadership with mitigation plans.
• Computes metrics for complex issues and develops reports.
• Networks with senior internal/external personnel and shares knowledge.
• Resolves complex issues and reduces process bottlenecks.
• Gives guidance to team members and suggests process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business
