Job summary

Spectrum Control, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. This on‑site role focuses on advanced reporting, data analysis, and cross‑functional coordination to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations.

You will monitor material availability, supplier performance, inventory, backlog, and delivery performance while providing actionable insights and recommendations. A background in manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of supply chain, materials management, or analytics experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data extraction.
• Manufacturing environment experience; aerospace/defense optional.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, automate, and interpret recurring supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze demand/supply trends, material constraints, capacity considerations, and risks.
• Identify and report out-of-tolerance conditions before they affect production.
• Monitor customer requirements, delivery commitments, inventory, backlog, and recovery plans.
• Track purchasing, planning, inventory, supplier, production and delivery performance.
• Translate large data sets into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Perform root-cause analysis for shortages, disruptions, or gaps.
• Provide management with recurring metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Validate data from multiple sources and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support process improvement and reporting standardization across facilities.
• Document reporting processes and data sources for continuity.
• Provide backup support for supply planning and purchasing during absences.
