Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. You will support manufacturing operations by delivering advanced reporting, data analysis, and KPI development, while coordinating with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes identifying risks, translating data into actionable recommendations, and maintaining improving data accuracy across sources. A 3-day weekend schedule and day-1 benefits are highlighted in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, analytics, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing with aerospace, defense, electronics, or other high-reliability industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; ability to develop dashboards.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data extraction/reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, automate, and interpret recurring supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze demand, capacity, material constraints, and risks to operations.
• Identify and escalate out-of-tolerance conditions before affecting schedules or commitments.
• Monitor delivery commitments, inventory levels, backlog, and supplier performance.
• Provide backup coverage for planning and purchasing; collaborate across functions.
