Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst III to manage procurement, production planning, and data analytics across the supply chain.

The role requires coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and planning teams to optimize material flow and inventory levels. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in buying or planning, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a data-driven, collaborative mindset to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in buying, production planning, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and demand planning concepts (SAP Preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Buying & Procurement: Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and customer demand.
• Buying & Procurement: Create, manage, and monitor purchase orders based on production plans, forecasts, and inventory policies.
• Buying & Procurement: Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance (lead time, quality, cost), and address supply issues or disruptions.
• Buying & Procurement: Ensure accuracy of vendor records, pricing, lead times, and material master data.
• Collaborate with accounts payable and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, orders, material availability, and capacity constraints.
• Production Planning: Release and manage work orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve scheduling or material constraints.
• Production Planning: Monitor production performance against plan and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Production Planning: Support new product introductions and engineering changes from a planning and material readiness perspective.
• Inventory Management: Establish and maintain safety stock, reorder points, and inventory policies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to balance service levels, production needs, and carrying costs.
• Inventory Management: Identify and manage excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
• Inventory Management: Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting: Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and production data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards related to inventory turns, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and service levels.
• Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve planning accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance supply reliability.
• Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting: Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain data integrity within ERP/MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, NDS).
• Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Support audits and compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
• Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Document planning and procurement procedures as needed.
