Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced Analyst III (Sr) Supply at our Headquarters facility responsible for order management and ensuring critical parts availability. The role focuses on minimizing customer impact through expediting, SOP development, and close collaboration with OE customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in supply chain/inventory management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel.

Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Inventory management.
High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required; customer service mindset and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Review daily dealer backorder and port shortage reports and resolve critical backorders.
Expedite vendor purchase orders to minimize inventory and backorder situations.
Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for timely resolution of aging backorders.
Communicate KPIs, statuses, and resolutions with Management and OEs to improve service.
Coordinate with OEs and Systems to address planning and expediting issues.
Generate reporting to track KPIs and support ad-hoc analyses.
