Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Supplier Quality Special Process Engineer to assure supplier compliance for welding, heat treating, plating, painting, and NDT/NDE in a defense/aerospace setting.

You will audit suppliers, approve control plans, CAPAs, and work instructions while collaborating with internal teams to maintain NADCAP, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards. Travel up to 30–40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, Welding or related).
• 9+ years in supplier quality/ manufacturing/ quality engineering in regulated environments.
• CQE or ASQ equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and approval for welding, brazing, heat treating, plating, painting, and NDT/NDE.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits evaluating process controls, calibration, facilities, and certifications.
• Review and approve supplier Process Control Plans, FMEAs, and related documents.
