Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality professional to lead quality activities for electronic and satellite components. You will drive supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions across multiple programs to ensure safe, reliable spaceflight hardware.

The role requires significant aerospace quality experience, AS9100/AS9120 knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or manufacturing processes.
• 15+ years in Aerospace Quality or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years in Quality with 5+ years in satellite manufacturing.
• Experience auditing AS9100/AS9120 and IPC Class 3 standards.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify current and potential suppliers of electronic and satellite components.
• Lead suppliers through corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Support program reviews with key suppliers to align long-term objectives.
• Communicate supplier performance to senior management.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and hardware acceptance.
