Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years supplier quality experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean concepts to improve supplier quality and delivery metrics.
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA and related quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality improvements and zero-defect planning.
• Review and analyze quality discrepancies across assembly, electrical, and mechanical domains.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
• Support APQP activities and first articles to ensure process capability.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
