Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 4 years; or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years experience reading and interpreting complex designs/blueprints; familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP.
• 5+ years using quality tools: 8D, 5-Why, Value Stream Mapping, CAPA; APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R.

Responsibilities

• Audit supplier Quality Management Systems and ensure conformance to requirements.
• Lead manufacturability assessments and support Design for Manufacturability.
• Manage supplier performance KPIs for quality and on-time delivery; reduce cost of poor quality.
• Review and approve PPAP, APQP, and FAIR packages; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
