Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of quality experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years of quality experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and qualify new or existing suppliers, including international, ensuring they meet aerospace/defense quality standards.
• Develop supplier engagement strategies to embed quality during MAC capacity expansion and ramp-up.
• Assess supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems and capability to meet missile production requirements.
• Lead early supplier engagement to ensure manufacturability and robust quality planning.
• Support capability development and process improvements for long-term growth.
• Provide technical leadership for supplier quality performance, including planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
