Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to own the quality strategy for optics, ASICs, and network fabric hardware in AI data centers.

You will qualify suppliers, drive quality standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost, and reliability targets. This role requires deep expertise in optics, ASICs, and fabric switches and fielding supplier escalation across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of supplier quality experience in optics, ASICs, or fabric switches.
• Experience with supplier audits, PPAP, and First Article Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality strategy for optics, ASIC, and network fabric hardware through qualification to volume production.
• Qualify new suppliers and contract manufacturers via audits and process capability reviews.
• Lead root cause analysis of optical and hardware failures and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
