Zusammenfassung

IREN is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer for Network and Interconnects to own the quality strategy of network racks and interconnect hardware, from NPI to volume production. You will partner with Engineering, AI Hardware Supply Chain Operations, and suppliers to meet cost, quality, and yield targets at scale.

You will drive scalable manufacturing and integration processes, lead root-cause investigations, and establish quality KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in manufacturing, test, and product quality for networking or data center hardware.
• Knowledge of network hardware technologies (routing, switching, optics).
• Experience with OEM/ODM/JDM partners delivering switches, NICs, optics, cables.
• Hands-on manufacturing operations with reliability and quality requirements.
• Familiarity with quality methodologies (FACA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, yield analysis).
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own product and manufacturing quality strategy for network racks and interconnect hardware.
• Develop scalable manufacturing and integration processes for racks, switches, NICs, optics, cabling, fabric bring-up.
• Drive test methods and rack-level acceptance criteria; collaborate with partners.
• Lead troubleshooting of link, fabric, and interconnect failures; own Major Issue List.
• Drive root cause and corrective action to achieve quality and yield goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost, quality, and yield targets.
• Advance test coverage and infrastructure to maximize reliability and scalability.
• Conduct First Article and Source Inspections; maintain BOMs and engineering changes in PLM.
• Establish KPIs and governance with partners; report performance to leadership.
