Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Quality Engineering (Supplier Quality) to join our on-site team.

You will evaluate and monitor supplier quality, drive preventive actions, and ensure conformance of products and services to requirements across programs. This role requires interaction with program management, supply chain, manufacturing and engineering, travel up to 20%, and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• AS9100/ISO9001 quality system audit experience required.
• FAI/AS9102 experience is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma credentials and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement supplier quality management policies to drive zero-defect culture.
• Audit supplier capabilities and ensure conformance to requirements.
• Review PFMEA, FAIRs and flow-down of quality requirements to suppliers.
• Drive CAPAs with suppliers and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with supply chain to maintain approved supplier list.
• Travel up to 20% and support onsite Camden operations.
