Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in supplier quality or quality function.
• Manufacturing knowledge for mechanical components.
• Experience with 8D, PPAP, QMS, Auditing.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Own corrective action processes with suppliers, including 8D follow-up.
• Ensure containment, correction and mitigation plans with timelines.
• Coordinate RMA processes and supplier returns to avoid delays.
• Monitor quarantined material and disposition.
• Perform PPAP approvals with documentation review.
• Track supplier quality issues and drive closure.
• Collaborate with plant teams for fast decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements in material quality and process stability.
